If you buy this product thinking you'll get some decent support you'll be extremely disappointed. what you'll get is no email address to send your questions to but an online form which a generated response will be sent to you. No one will help you. I now have a blue ray player that can play about 50% of BD's i rent.
Good product. Terrible Support.
